Delivery and Return Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through our website and is valid only for deliveries within the city of Barcelona.

Currently, Breex Drinks S.L. does not ship outside Barcelona, including other areas of Catalonia, the rest of Spain, or abroad. This limitation is part of our initial launch phase while testing the local market.

Breex Drinks S.L. is duly registered in the Registre Sanitari d'Indústries i Productes Alimentaris de Catalunya (RSIPAC) under the registration number 9015-3090727/2024.

1. Delivery

1.1. Shipping Area

At this time, we only deliver within the city of Barcelona.
We do not ship to other cities, provinces, autonomous communities, or other countries.

1.2. Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours after payment confirmation. Delivery typically occurs within 2 to 3 working days, Monday to Friday, via our own delivery service or local partners.

1.3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and are shown before finalizing the transaction.

  • Free shipping for orders of 12 or 24 units within Barcelona city.
  • For orders of 6 units, a flat shipping fee will apply, which will be shown to the customer before completing the order.

1.4. Delivery Issues

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect address, repeated absence, failure to contact, etc.), up to two delivery attempts will be made.

If the second attempt also fails, the order will not be refunded or resent automatically. The customer must pick up the product in person at the address provided by email within 10 calendar days from the notification.

After this period, if the product is not picked up, it will be considered abandoned, and Breex Drinks S.L. will be exempt from any liability or refund.

2. Returns

2.1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, provided that the product has not been unsealed or tampered with.
This right does not apply to products that may deteriorate quickly or to sealed goods that have been opened after delivery for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

2.2. Exclusions

Since our products are food and beverages (non-alcoholic beer), returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened or tampered with after delivery, unless it is defective or there was an error in the order.

2.3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, the customer must contact our team at breexdrinks@gmail.com, providing:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Date of receipt

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened, and untampered, and in perfect condition.

2.4. Refunds

Once the product is received and reviewed, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used, within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product is received damaged or incorrect, the customer must notify us by email at breexdrinks@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the issue.

Breex Drinks S.L. will cover the costs of replacing the product or issuing a full refund, according to the customer's preference.
